Launch Pad Solutions provides sales consulting services to help companies drive improvements in their sales organization. As part of Compass’ sales consulting services, a sales consultant will work directly with sales management to drive improvements in the areas of messaging, sales process, sales strategy, and sales tools

Sales consulting differs from sales coaching in two main ways. First, sales consulting is more of a one time engagement where with a defined beginning and an end. It will begin with a discovery with the client and end with a complete knowledge transfer. This differs from sales coaching in that sales coaching is a recurring service that designed to continue indefinitely.

Another way that sales consulting differs from sales coaching is that, while sales coaching is primarily delivered to frontline sales staff and mid level managers, sales consulting is delivered primarily at the senior management and executive level
